This site is about the genealogy of my family. Most of The early Willis' are from Lee Co. Va. and the surrounding areas. The earliest is Joseph Willis and is from the Blackwater area of Lee Co. He married Matilda Lawson from Hawkins Co. Tn. I believe I know who Joseph's parents are. This information is from Velma Rogers work.
